The Fluffyjean Fund is committed to the just and humane treatment of all living creatures. We believe that the only fair and just way to address the cat overpopulation is through spaying and neutering. In order to promote this idea in Washington County Pennsylvania we have created the Washington County Feline Justice Project. The project is a cooperative effort of Fluffyjean Fund, In-Care-of-Cats, and Valley Pet. Our goal is to provide low/cost feline spay/neuter to the cats of Washington County.
    In order to achieve that goal we are currently seeking non-profit status. The first project under the Feline Justice Project is the Charleroi Project which is currently underway.
